Job Description:


We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional customer service in support of our company's products and services. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively handle queries, complaints, and provide necessary assistance to our clients.


Responsibilities:


1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing a timely and effective response.

2. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting the best team to support in finding solutions, and following up to ensure resolution.

3. Maintain customer records by updating account information in the database.

4. Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.

5. Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues effectively.

6. Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

7. Stay informed about new products and services to accurately and efficiently handle customer inquiries.


Qualifications:


1. Proven customer support experience or experience in a similar role.

2. Strong phone/email contact handling skills and active listening.

3. Familiarity with CS chat systems and practices.

4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

5. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

6. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
