Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing agency, Odla. As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning designs that align with our clients' brand guidelines and marketing goals. You will be working on a variety of projects, including, performance advertising graphics, social media graphics, email campaigns, website designs, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the creative team to understand project goals and develop visually compelling designs
• Create graphics and visual elements for various digital platforms, including social media, email campaigns, and websites
• Work with the creative team to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends and technology to ensure our designs are cutting-edge
• Communicate effectively with the team to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in graphic design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating your design abilities and creativity
• Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work within brand guidelines
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Good understanding of digital marketing and design best practices
